Elviria - Marbella - Spain
Elviria is located just east of Marbella in Spain and is a desirable area for investing in property and living in general. Elviria has many luxury villas, apartments, townhouses and penthouses and can provide an ideal lifestyle.
Elviria has almost become a suburb of Marbella, and as Marbella grows has effectively become part of Marbella East. If you are looking for a great place to setlle or invest in Spain, then Elviria could be just what you are looking for!
Elviria Homes specialise in the Marbella East area which encompasses predominantly Elviria, but including Los Monteros, El Rosario, Las Chappas, Cabo Pino, La Cala and Calahonda. As Elviria is an affluent area, property is disirable whilst remaining reasonably priced.
Elviria stretches from it's wonderful golden sandy beachline right up into the mountains where it borders the inland village of Ojen. Unsurprisingly, this gives Elviria a wide range of different aspects. You could choose to buy a luxury beachfront penthouse overlooking the Mediterranean, and gaze across to look at the distant mountains of Morocco. Or you could purchase a secluded villa high up in the hills with a dramatic view of the mountains and the coastline. Obviously you'll expect your own swimming pool and private garden. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the top of the mountain to the Centro Cemmercial (central shopping area of Elviria) by car. From there, the beach is less than 500m. So even if you choose to live high in the hilss, you;ll never be far from the bustling bars, restuarants and shops that make this part of the Marbella district special.
It's not that Spanish in the old Andalucian farm style, but a modern vibrant multi-cultural part of Spain where many Brits have chosen due to the careful mix of Spain and other countries. Being so close to the centre of Marbella, means you can include all of Marbella's facilities as easily accessible, including the cinemas, Marbella Old Town shops and restaurants, and the new shopping facilities such as La Canada with its indoor shopping malls, restaurants, bowling alleys and leisure centre.
Elviria has it's own local Spanish school (Platero) catering from 4 yrs up to school leaving age, and several other private schools sich as the International school and a German school. Learning Spanish is well catered for with a selection of language schools and many private language tutors who will come to your home for one-on-one tuition.
Elviria is a great place for families to live. All of the bars and restaurants are child friendly as they are in many parts of Marbella and much of Spain. As the evenings stay warmer than in the UK, it's quite common for families to take an early evening stroll along the sandy beach perhaps with the family dog, before returning to one of the many beachfront or central restaurants for an evening meal. The choice of restaurants is godd, with Chinese, Indian, Spanish and others all easily accessable. And if you want to go further afield, there are literally hundreds of restaurants close by in Marbella.
